Are the plugins free?
Yes. Both plugins are downloaded for free from the official WordPress.org directory. What requires a paid account is the underlying REPLAI platform — the plugins are the integration layer between your WordPress and your REPLAI account. You can start with the 30-day free trial.
Do I need to use Elementor?
Only for the Replai - CRM Forms plugin, which adds a native Elementor widget. The Replai - AI Chatbot plugin works with any theme and page builder, because it injects the chatbot script into the site's front-end without needing a widget.
Do they work with multilingual sites (WPML, Polylang)?
Yes. The plugins detect the active WordPress language through the site locale and load the matching translation. If you use WPML or Polylang with several configured languages, each site language can show the corresponding interface texts. The chatbot can be configured to respond in different languages depending on the visitor.
Where is visitor data stored?
The plugins themselves do not transmit visitor data directly: they only load the resources (chatbot script, form iframe) from REPLAI. The conversation or form submission that follows is processed inside the REPLAI platform, with data hosted in EU servers by default, in line with GDPR.
Which WordPress and PHP versions are compatible?
Replai - AI Chatbot requires WordPress 5.0 or later and PHP 7.2 or later. Replai - CRM Forms requires WordPress 6.0 or later and PHP 5.6.20 or later. Both are tested up to WordPress 7.0.
